The Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care while working alongside a supportive clinical team.

The role will include:
  • Performing thorough patient examinations
  • Developing diagnostic and treatment plans
  • Managing follow-up and ongoing patient care
  • Performing surgical and dental procedures
  • Providing appropriate anaesthesia and pain management
  • Utilising digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound, EKG, and in-house laboratory diagnostics
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • Communicating diagnostic findings and treatment recommendations clearly to clients
  • Working closely with technicians and support staff
  • Participating in case rounds and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to clinical protocols and the continued development of the hospital

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Pennsylvania veterinary licence, or eligibility to obtain
  • DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • 1+ year of experience preferred, although all qualified Veterinarians will be considered
