I have to admit that I am one of the lucky ones who loves their work! I like to take a consultative approach to recruitment and get great pleasure in getting to know my candidates and clients alike. I strongly believe it’s the little details that make the difference when it comes to loving what you do, and that’s where taking the extra time to get to know what it is you are looking for matters.
