The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and provide high-quality, compassionate medical care
- Conduct general surgery and dentistry with appropriate anesthesia and analgesia protocols
- Interpret in-house and reference lab results; utilize digital radiography and ultrasound as indicated
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure controlled substance compliance
- Communicate clearly with clients to support understanding, adherence, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with the medical and support teams to optimize patient flow and uphold hospital protocols
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Current Pennsylvania veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical skills; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service abilities
