Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000$175,000
• 23% production (no negative accrual)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 4 weeks of PTO
• $4,000+ annual CE allowance (including specialty CE in surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, emergency care)
• Paid state licenses and uniform allowance
