What You Can Expect

• Competitive base salary of $130,000$160,000
• 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
• Sign-on and relocation assistance available
• Flexible schedule typically 4-day work week
• Rotational Saturdays only (8:00 AM2:00 PM)
• Supportive leadership and minimal micromanagement
• Experienced veterinary team providing mentorship and collaboration
