The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, medical work-ups, and client education
- Conduct diagnostic procedures, manage medical cases, and perform soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client experience
- Contribute to practice standards, quality protocols, and daily case monitoring
- Participate in team training and hospital operations updates
- Help accommodate client access with a shared Saturday schedule and flexible weekday options

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain and maintain)
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered
- Proficiency in general medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties that may require standing, kneeling, or stooping
