We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified small animal hospital located in Benbrook, Texas, just minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

Opening Times

• MondayFriday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling with options to start or finish earlier or later
• 4 x 10 hour shifts generally requested for full time
• Saturdays on rotational basis only

The Role

As Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care

Collaborating with management on hospital operations and growth
Encouraging Fear Free handling and AAHA best practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000$200,000, based on experience
• Additional Medical Director bonus

• DVM or equivalent degree
