The Role
- Provide comprehensive small animal care across preventive medicine, dentistry, and surgery, with opportunities to tailor caseload to clinical interests
- Use on-site diagnostics (in-house bloodwork, X-ray, ultrasound) to guide timely treatment plans
- Partner closely with credentialed technicians and client service staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care
- Communicate clearly with clients, provide education, and build long-term relationships
- Maintain high standards in medical recordkeeping, patient safety, and quality assurance
- Option to support boarding patient care coordination as part of the workflow

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of Rhode Island
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented approach
