The Role
- Perform comprehensive patient exams, medical work-ups, and general practice procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Interpret diagnostics and perform surgery and dentistry as appropriate to experience
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold controlled-substance protocols
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on daily priorities and workflow improvements
- Monitor inpatients, participate in rounds when scheduled, and reinforce clinical standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and support efficient case flow

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, with solid diagnostic and surgical skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client-service capabilities
