We're a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Arvada, Colorado, with six veterinarians who genuinely enjoy working together. Our culture is built on open discussion, shared knowledge, and mutual respect-there are no rigid hierarchies or one-size-fits-all protocols. Instead, our doctors regularly discuss cases, learn from one another, and combine their expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Working from a huge purpose-built hospital, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Our surgery schedule is booked weeks in advance, giving you the opportunity to perform a wide variety of procedures. Whether you want surgery to be a regular part of your week or a major focus of your caseload, we have the facilities, support, and demand to make it happen.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about practising high-quality medicine and thrives in a collaborative team environment. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working alongside like-minded colleagues who love what they do, support one another, and value both exceptional patient care and a healthy work-life balance. Schedule
• Full-time: 4-day work week / Part-time applicants are also welcome!
• 30-minute appointments 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (last appt)
• One-hour lunch break
• Saturdays rotate between staff (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)

Compensation & Benefits
• $Base + prod - depending on experience
• Production bonus with no negative accrual
