The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and medical work-ups across a full primary care and same-day urgent care caseload
- Provide surgical and dental procedures with strong anesthesia and pain management standards
- Communicate clearly with clients to educate and build trust
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with practice leadership to refine protocols and drive high standards throughout the patient journey, from intake to discharge
- Support daily case monitoring and participate in rounds to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Contribute to team training, efficiency, and a positive, inclusive culture
- Additional duties as reasonably assigned to support patient care and hospital operations

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for timely licensure) in the State of Arizona
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork mindset, and client communication skills
- Comfort with the physical demands of clinical practice, including safe patient handling
