The Role
- Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform general surgery and dentistry as appropriate for experience and interest
- Leverage in-house lab, pharmacy, and therapeutic laser to support timely case management
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, providing education and follow-up
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with the hospital manager and team on priorities, workflows, and quality standards
- Participate in daily rounds when possible and support a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and high-quality care

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Excellent communication and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
