The Role
- Part-time Associate Veterinarian within a collaborative small-animal general practice
- Flexible scheduling; 2 days per week available and open to discussing alternatives
- Caseload includes preventive care, general medicine, and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Visiting orthopedic support for advanced surgical cases
- Approximately 16 appointments per doctor per day; 20-minute appointment slots
- 2:1 doctor-to-technician support ratio, including credentialed technicians
- No on-call, overnight, or urgent care hours
- Emphasis on medical autonomy, teamwork, and building lasting client relationships

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active North Carolina veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience in small-animal general practice
- Proficiency in routine soft-tissue surgery
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach to care
