The Role
- Full-time associate veterinarian position within a structured mentorship program for new graduates
- Gradual caseload independence with real-time case support and guidance from experienced clinicians
- Deliver high-quality general practice care including wellness and preventive medicine, dentistry, internal medicine, and soft-tissue surgery
- Perform and interpret diagnostics using in-house lab, digital radiography, ultrasound, and dental imaging
- Triage and manage urgent cases during regular business hours with support from an experienced team
- Collaborate closely with technicians and hospital leadership to ensure efficient, compassionate, client-centered care
- Flexible start dates to align with graduation and licensing timelines

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Eligible for and able to obtain licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio
- Authorization to work in the United States
