About the Practice
This established small animal hospital provides comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and preventative care for dogs and cats, with a strong emphasis on compassionate medicine and long-term client relationships.

You'll work alongside experienced veterinarians supported by Registered Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and dedicated client care professionals. Strong technician utilization and efficient clinical workflows allow doctors to spend more time focused on diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and client communication.

The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied companion animal caseload covering preventative care, medical workups, dentistry, surgery, chronic conditions, and occasional daytime urgent cases.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience
• Production bonus opportunities with no negative accrual option

Requirements
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Ohio veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
