The Role
- Deliver high-quality wellness, medical, dental, and surgical care for small animals
- Perform comprehensive exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
- Utilize in-house lab and on-site pharmacy to support timely, effective care
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff to drive efficiency and ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in practice quality initiatives, daily rounds as needed, and continuous improvement of hospital workflows
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with a focus on patient advocacy and client education

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficiency in general surgery and dentistry preferred
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates with strong fundamentals and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
