The Role
- Full-time position focused on companion-animal preventive care, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Conduct comprehensive exams, craft treatment plans, and provide client education that builds long-term relationships
- Perform anesthetic procedures with established pre-op, intra-op, and post-op monitoring protocols, emphasizing pain management and patient safety
- Utilize in-clinic diagnostics and imaging to guide medical decisions and manage cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of communication and teamwork
- Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented culture; mentor and collaborate with veterinary assistants and client service teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and client experience

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment, commitment to preventive care, and excellent client communication skills
- Comfortable performing routine dentistry and soft-tissue surgery
