An exciting full-time Veterinarian opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA offers compensation up to $215,000. This position is based within a collaborative small-animal hospital delivering comprehensive preventive care, general surgery, dentistry, and on-site diagnostics.

- Team-centered environment with veterinarians supported by skilled veterinary technicians and client care staff
- Preventive care, routine soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, microchipping, and client education as core services
- On-site diagnostics, including digital radiology, dental radiography, and in-house laboratory
- In-house and online pharmacy for continuity of care and client convenience
- Modern exam rooms and dedicated treatment and surgery spaces consistent with a community retail-clinic setting
- Predictable, regular clinic hours that do not include emergency shifts

The Role
This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality general practice care within a supportive, protocol-driven environment.
- Conduct comprehensive wellness and medical exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and maintain thorough medical records
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
- Utilize on-site imaging and laboratory capabilities to support timely clinical decisions

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to collaborative, protocol-driven care
