The Role
- Deliver high-quality preventive and primary care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, vaccinations and client education.
- Manage diagnostics with in-house lab testing, digital radiography and ultrasound; interpret results and develop treatment plans.
- Perform soft-tissue surgery and advanced dental procedures; maintain strong anesthetic and pain-management standards.
- Provide care for urgent cases and oversee hospitalized patients as needed.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients; offer treatment options and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with registered technicians and assistants; mentor team members and contribute to a positive, learning-focused culture.
- Participate in case rounds and help evolve medical protocols and patient-care standards.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, surgical/dental proficiency or a desire to advance these skills
- Excellent communication and a commitment to low-stress, patient-centered care
- Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
