On-site capabilities include an in-house laboratory, digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, a dedicated dental suite, surgical areas, and electronic medical records. Experienced technicians and support staff help streamline workflow and assist with a robust surgical schedule. The Role
- Provide comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning for canine and feline patients
- Perform general surgery and dentistry, supported by skilled technicians and modern monitoring
- Interpret in-house lab work and imaging to guide same-day care decisions
- Communicate clearly with clients, offering education and compassionate guidance
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and follow pharmacy and controlled-substance protocols
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on medical standards, workflow, and quality improvement
- Participate in case rounds and support a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
- Enjoy a four-day work week with some weekend rotation, including participation in fast-paced wellness clinics

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active Colorado veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical, surgical, and dental foundation with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
- Effective communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
