This boutique-style practice in Elk Grove is looking for a confident, experienced veterinarian to step into a lead role. With a full support team in place and a loyal client base that values quality medicine, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their work without the stress of corporate oversight or weekend shifts.

The Clinic:

Independent and community-focused with excellent retention
Boutique feel with full autonomy to practice medicine your way
Supported by 3.5 RVTs, 2 assistants, and 2 receptionists
Dog and cat focus: general medicine, dentistry, urgent care
30-minute appointments, daily surgery block, protected lunch
Typically a 1-doctor setup, but could support a second DVM

What's on offer:

$165,000$200,000 base salary
22% production bonus (no negative accrual)
Sign-on and relocation bonus available
14 days PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays
$2,500 CE allowance + 4 days paid
