This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical medicine with genuine leadership responsibility. You'll lead an established veterinary team, mentor and develop fellow clinicians, and help shape the medical direction of a successful hospital while continuing to manage your own varied medical and surgical caseload.

The Medical Director Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how medicine is practiced within the hospital, establish and maintain strong clinical standards, mentor other veterinarians, and create an environment where the wider team can continue developing professionally.

• Providing clinical leadership for the veterinary team

Who We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong companion animal medical and surgical experience
