The Role
- Provide clinical leadership, uphold medical quality, and guide practice protocols
- Mentor veterinarians and support staff; foster a positive, learning-focused culture
- Perform general practice case mix: wellness, illness, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and imaging to drive timely, evidence-based care
- Collaborate on scheduling, workflow, and client-service standards to optimize efficiency
- Partner with practice leadership on hospital operations, equipment planning, and CE priorities
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Professional clinical experience; prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered, team-oriented approach
