The Role
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for a predominantly small-animal caseload
- Deliver large-animal services, including mobile farm/ranch visits, with participation in an on-call rotation for large-animal and urgent needs
- Perform wellness care, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry; interest in orthopedics, rehabilitation, or complementary therapies is welcomed
- Partner closely with experienced technicians and CSRs; educate clients and build long-term relationships
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement while exercising medical autonomy

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active Colorado veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills with a client-centered, compassionate approach
- Comfort with mixed-animal practice, including participation in large-animal on-call
