The Role
- Serve as Medical Director for a mixed-animal practice, guiding clinical standards and fostering a collaborative, growth-minded team culture
- Deliver high-quality small-animal care across wellness, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care
- Provide large-animal services, including mobile/on-call support and farm calls as needed
- Utilize on-site diagnostics, digital radiology, and therapeutic/rehabilitation modalities
- Educate clients, build long-term relationships, and support continuity of care
- Partner with practice leadership on protocols, workflow improvements, and quality initiatives
- Exercise medical autonomy with strong technician and administrative support

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Colorado
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Prior leadership and/or mentorship experience preferred; interest in leading a team is essential
- DEA registration (or eligibility) preferred
