This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian seeking a supportive team, a varied general practice caseload and the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets. About the Hospital

This established community-focused practice has been serving local families and surrounding rural communities for more than 60 years. The hospital has approximately 1520 team members, including four veterinarians, one of whom works part-time, creating an established environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compassionate care.

The facility features five examination rooms, digital radiography and dental radiography. Services include preventative and wellness medicine, sick-patient appointments, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics and acupuncture.
The team follows Fear Free principles to help reduce patient stress and promote a positive veterinary experience. There is also a USDA-accredited veterinarian on the wider team, supporting the practice's capabilities and commitment to professional standards.

The Opportunity

You'll enjoy a varied small animal caseload, providing care throughout every stage of a pet's life while developing trusted relationships with clients.

Schedule and Compensation

•Hospital hours: MondayFriday, 8 a.m.6 p.m.
•Every other Saturday, 8 a.m.1 p.m.
•Salary starting in the $130,000$160,000 range, depending on experience and qualifications.
•Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
•Retention bonus of up to $25,000 over three years.
•ProSal compensation with additional production-earning opportunities.
•Comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities, subject to eligibility.

Final compensation will reflect experience, qualifications and location.
