The Role
- Provide high-quality primary and preventive care, including wellness, internal medicine, and client education
- Perform diagnostics using in-house lab, digital radiography, ultrasound, and dental imaging
- Conduct general surgery and dentistry within a dedicated surgical suite; apply safe anesthesia and pain management protocols
- Manage and oversee hospitalized cases with support from experienced technical staff
- Maintain thorough medical records and support a positive, solutions-focused client experience
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and hospital leadership to enhance medical standards and workflow
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team development

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Indiana (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, high-standard care
