The Role
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflows
- Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop support staff; build schedules aligned to service demand and budget targets
- Oversee budgeting, P&L insights, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable processes
- Elevate client service standards, manage feedback/reviews, and support consistent, high-quality communication
- Direct inventory, scheduling systems, office supplies, and equipment upkeep; refine SOPs for efficiency
- Execute local marketing, digital presence, and community outreach to grow and retain clientele
- Maintain regulatory compliance, including health, safety, labor, and OSHA-related protocols
- Guide staff adoption of practice software and technology; triage IT needs with support partners
- Full-time position; primarily weekday hours with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of management experience, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Demonstrated skill in P&L review, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proven success in HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Strong client service orientation and conflict-resolution skills
- Working knowledge of veterinary practice operations, OSHA standards, and relevant regulations
- Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a busy clinical setting
- Licensed to practice in Florida, or able to obtain if applicable to background; eligibility to work in the United States
