The Role
- Deliver comprehensive small-animal care across preventive medicine, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, and same-day/urgent cases as needed
- Manage a balanced caseload of approximately 10-14 patients per day with strong technical support (about 2:1 ratio)
- Utilize on-site lab, imaging, ultrasound, dental suite with dental radiography, and therapeutic laser to guide treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients, ensure thorough follow-up, and coordinate medications through integrated pharmacy support
- Collaborate within a teaching-focused, positive culture; mentorship available for newer graduates and growth pathways for experienced clinicians
- Primary focus on dogs and cats; interest in selected exotic/pocket pets is welcome

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong medical, communication, and client-service skills
- DEA registration eligibility preferred
