The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care across wellness, preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery
- Optional involvement with exotic and pocket-pet cases, supported by experienced staff and appropriate resources
- Perform and interpret diagnostics, including digital radiography and in-house laboratory testing
- Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans and deliver excellent client education
- Collaborate with a cohesive medical and support team to uphold high clinical standards and a positive practice culture
- Participate in quality improvement, case reviews, and mentorship where appropriate

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach
- Interest in exotic/pocket-pet care welcomed but not required
