The Role
- Full-time DVM/VMD position within a mentored, hands-on environment
- Gradual caseload independence with an on-site primary mentor and additional mentor support
- Exposure to general practice, urgent care, and emergency cases, plus dentistry and soft-tissue surgery with guidance
- Option to participate in avian and exotic cases based on interest
- Real-time case support, regular case rounds, and a peer cohort for connection and learning
- Flexible start dates; predictable scheduling with rotating weekends and some evenings/overnights typical of a 24/7 setting
- Emphasis on client communication, teamwork, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Requirements
- DVM or VMD (or equivalent) by start date
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- New graduates strongly encouraged to apply; interest in exotics is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative, high-quality medicine
- Must be 18 years of age or older
