The practice provides comprehensive preventive and general care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, spay/neuter, general surgery, microchipping, DNA testing, and on-site diagnostics. With an in-house lab, digital radiography, dental radiography, and a dedicated surgical suite, the team can deliver timely, high-quality care and same-day answers for clients. The schedule follows predictable daytime hours with rotating weekends, and new team members benefit from structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. The clinic is an active, well-used community practice with engaged local clientele.

The Role
- Provide high-quality general practice and preventive care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and client education
- Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics; utilize digital and dental radiography
- Manage dentistry, spay/neuter, and general soft-tissue procedures in a well-equipped surgical suite
- Build lasting client relationships and deliver clear, compassionate communication
- Partner with credentialed technicians and assistants working at the top of their license
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and efficient team culture
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical standards
- Full-time position with predictable daytime hours and rotating weekend coverage

Requirements
- DVM/VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Comfort with routine dentistry, general surgery, and team-based medicine; new graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
