The Role
- Full-time associate veterinarian in a high-quality, primary-care small-animal setting
- Provide preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
- Diagnose and manage routine illnesses using in-house lab and imaging
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dental cleanings/procedures as appropriate
- Create treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and deliver clear client communication
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff; contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
- Support efficient patient flow, including participation in curbside drop-off processes
- Engage in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- USDA accreditation a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; commitment to preventive medicine
