The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice veterinarian
- Deliver wellness exams, vaccinations, and individualized preventive-care plans
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgery, including spay/neuter, and provide dental procedures with dental radiography
- Interpret radiographs and in-house lab results to create timely, effective treatment plans
- Manage common medical cases, including gastrointestinal, dermatologic, and orthopedic evaluations
- Collaborate closely with technicians and client service teams; leverage drop-off appointments to manage caseload efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients, including guidance on behavior, nutrition, microchipping, and end-of-life care
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold safety and quality standards

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) for controlled substances
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting with retail foot traffic
- Willingness to contribute to weekend coverage
