The practice provides comprehensive general practice services alongside daytime urgent care, offering veterinarians an interesting and varied caseload.

The Opportunity

As Lead Veterinarian, you'll provide hands-on clinical care while helping guide the medical direction and continued growth of the hospital.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing exceptional medical and surgical care for small animal patients
• Supporting associate veterinarians through mentorship and collaboration
• Helping maintain and improve clinical standards
• Assisting with team development and workflow improvements
• Encouraging a positive and supportive workplace culture
• Collaborating with hospital leadership to support long-term growth

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, coaching others, and making a meaningful impact within a close-knit veterinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $150,000 (DOE)
• 20% production bonus
