We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive small-animal hospital in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, advanced technology and having their weekends completely free.

• $120,000 - $140,000 base salary, dependent on experience, with flexibility for a strong producer
• 20-22% ProSal production
• No negative accrual during your first year
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekends or after-hours requirementsFull or Part time schedules available
• $20,000 average sign-on bonus, negotiable based on the candidate

Modern Facilities & Equipment

You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions while benefiting from strong medical resources and team support.

Clinical Leadership & Mentorship

You'll work alongside an experienced Medical Director who practices four days per week.

A strong surgeon currently undertaking TPLO training, the Medical Director has a genuine passion for mentoring veterinarians and supporting their clinical development.

The only day the Associate Veterinarian would work without another Doctor physically present is Wednesday, so we are ideally seeking someone comfortable practising autonomously one day per week while still having a strong support team around them.

The hospital also has a full-time Practice Manager with 5+ years of veterinary technician and leadership experience.

Saturday-Sunday: Closed

No weekends. No overnight shifts. No after-hours requirements.
