The Role
- Full-time, small-animal general practice serving a busy, loyal client base
- Deliver high-quality preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
- Perform and manage diagnostics using digital imaging and in-house lab testing
- Provide general soft-tissue surgery (including spay/neuter) and dental procedures with dental radiography
- Educate clients and build lasting relationships that support long-term pet health
- Collaborate closely with technicians and assistants; help coordinate patient flow, including drop-off appointments
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold safety and quality standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture and mentor teammates as needed
- Weekend availability as part of a shared schedule

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration eligibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competence in routine surgery and dentistry, or a commitment to develop these skills
- Dedication to high-quality, preventive care and client education
