We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in El Paso, TX.

• Provide medical and surgical care for companion animals
• Perform consultations, diagnostics, treatment plans, and routine surgeries

• Work alongside experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
• Enjoy a varied caseload including general practice with occasional urgent care cases

Hospital Facilities

• Digital radiography
• Digital dental radiography

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day work week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No emergency duty or on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
• 20% ProSal with no negative accrual
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Three weeks of PTO plus paid holidays
• CE allowance with paid CE leave
• Paid professional licenses, dues, and liability insurance

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent, licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
• Comfortable managing a small animal GP caseload
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
