We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas.

Schedule

• Full-time: 4-day work week
• MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (rotational)
• No evenings, no on-call, no emergency shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000$150,000 DOE
• 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
• CE allowance + paid CE leave

• DVM or equivalent degree, licensed or eligible in Texas
• Strong small animal medical and surgical skills
