Our client's growing small animal practice near Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX, is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team.

• Associate Veterinarian - Fort Bliss | El Paso, TX
• $140K-$170K Base Salary + Production Bonuses | No Negative Accrual | $30K Sign-On & Relocation Bonus

Practice Highlights:

• Comprehensive general practice offering preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry
• Fully equipped facility with digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, dental radiography, and more
• Open Monday through Saturday working within practice openting times 7am-6pm with option to work full time over 4 or 5 days and no overnight or emergency shifts
• Supportive and experienced technicians, allowing doctors to focus on practicing medicine
• Strong emphasis on mentorship and continuous learning-ideal for new grads looking to build confidence


Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Base salary of $140,000-$170,000, depending on experience
• 21% Production bonus plan with no negative accrual
• $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support
• 3 weeks paid vacation + 1 week of paid continuing education
• Annual CE allowance of $3,500

Who We're Looking For:

• DVM or VMD degree (or graduating soon)
• Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about patient care and being part of a collaborative team
