The Role
- Provide thorough patient exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans across wellness, internal medicine, and dentistry
- Perform and assist with soft tissue surgery and dental procedures within a well-equipped surgical and dental suite
- Communicate clearly with clients on diagnoses, options, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with experienced technicians; participate in daily rounds and case discussions
- Support hospital efficiency, help evaluate protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in CE and mentorship to grow skills, including therapeutic laser therapy and daytime urgent care
- Additional duties as needed to support high standards of care

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan veterinary license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; 1+ year of experience preferred, with mentorship available for new graduates
