The Role
- Provide high-quality small-animal general practice care across wellness, sick visits, and preventive medicine
- Perform dentistry and soft-tissue surgery with access to a well-equipped surgical and treatment area
- Manage daytime urgent-care cases without overnight or 24/7 emergency shifts
- Utilize in-house lab testing, digital radiography, and ultrasound for timely diagnostics
- Collaborate closely with a skilled technical team (approximately 2.0–2.5 techs per doctor)
- Communicate clearly with clients, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough medical records
- Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives
- Typical appointment volume in the mid-teens per day

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
