The Role
- Provide high-quality general practice care across wellness, internal medicine, dentistry (with dental radiography), and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Utilize in-house lab and digital imaging for efficient diagnostics and same-day decision-making
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and support staff to deliver team-based care
- Communicate clearly with clients, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records
- Contribute to a culture of clinical quality aligned with AAHA standards
- Full-time schedule with weekday day shifts and a rotating short Saturday morning; no Sunday hours
- New graduates receive structured, hands-on mentorship; experienced veterinarians are welcome to bring and develop special interests

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
- License to practice in Tennessee (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communicator comfortable with in-house diagnostics, dentistry, and routine surgical workflows
- Team-focused mindset and commitment to excellent client service
