Compensation & Partnership

• Guaranteed salary negotiable up to c.$200,000
• Profit share from day one enabling a personal income well in excess of what can be achieved from a regular employed position
• Generous 23%+ pro sal scheme with no negative accrual

What We're Looking For

DVM (or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
