About Us

We're a well-established, independently owned practice that's grown 10x since 2014 - from a single-doctor, nearly-closed clinic to a busy four doctor, two-building facility serving over 1,200 clients per month. Our facility boasts:

• 8 exam rooms /2 surgical suites / 2 dental radiograph units / Full digital radiography / In-house lab / Endoscopy / 3 ultrasound units
• A team approach and LOADS of toys!

We're staying private and focused on excellent care, with no plans to sell out to corporate.


The Position We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who's:

• Excited about taking ownership of cases and contributing to our team's growth
• Ideal interests: surgery, ultrasound, endoscopy, dermatology, or advanced imaging
• Fun-loving and not afraid to crack a (slightly inappropriate) joke - we keep it real here!
• Interested in mentoring a new grad joining the team this year

Whether you're a confident surgeon, an internist, or looking to build your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment - we'll help you grow.


Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time OR Part-time options available
• 3 weekday shifts (typically 7:30-5:30) / 1-2 Saturdays/month
• Extremely flexible - unexpected kid sick days? Want to travel last-minute? We've got your back.


Compensation & Perks

• $120K- $150k base salary, plus:
• 20% commission (no negative accrual)
• Bumps to 21%+ after year 1 (up to 24% by year 4)
• Full health benefits
• Licensing, dues, and CE covered ($3,500+ and negotiable)

• Mentorship available and encouraged
