Global Talent Partners is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Veterinarian to join a well-established, full-service companion animal hospital in the Scottsdale area of Arizona.

Offering a salary of $120,000 - $160,000 plus production, this position provides the opportunity to practise high-quality medicine within a collaborative environment equipped for diagnostics, surgery, dentistry and comprehensive medical care. About the Practice

This busy small animal hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care exclusively for dogs and cats, with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine, internal medicine and surgical care.

The clinical team provides a broad range of services, including:
•Wellness and preventative medicine

The Team

You'll be joining an experienced and well-supported clinical environment. The hospital's veterinary team includes doctors with particular interests in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, preventative medicine and ultrasound imaging.

Veterinarians are supported by a substantial paraprofessional team, including multiple veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, front-desk/client service professionals and dedicated hospital management. This allows doctors to concentrate on diagnosis, treatment planning, surgery and client communication while receiving strong support with day-to-day patient care.

The culture is collaborative and team-focused, with doctors encouraged to practise medicine to a high standard while maintaining autonomy over their cases.

The Opportunity

This position would suit a Veterinarian looking for a varied general practice caseload with the equipment and support required to develop their clinical interests.

You'll have the opportunity to:
•Manage your own medical cases with strong clinical autonomy
•Perform routine and more involved soft tissue procedures
•Develop your dentistry and dental radiography skills
•Use ultrasound as part of diagnostic workups

•Build long-term relationships with an established client base

The hospital operates primarily during weekday daytime hours, with Sunday closure and no overnight hospitalization, helping to provide greater separation between work and personal time.
