Are you a new graduate veterinarian looking for your first role in a hospital that excels at mentorship? This position offers the perfect opportunity to grow in a supportive, hands-on environment. New graduates are paired with experienced DVMs for 6-12 months of tailored mentorship, focusing on your individual needs. The goal is to help you gain confidence and skills, with new grads often performing complex procedures like enterotomies and cystotomies within a year of training. Starting salary is $150,000, with up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

This role is highly flexible, offering 3-5 days per week with no on-call duties and fully paid overtime.
