The Role
As Medical Director you will: • Provide clinical leadership across the veterinary team • Support and mentor fellow veterinarians • Maintain exceptional standards of medical care • Work closely with hospital leadership on operational improvements • Help recruit, develop and retain veterinary talent • Continue building an outstanding culture centred around teamwork and patient care
This role offers genuine influence over the clinical direction of the hospital while still allowing plenty of time in the consulting room and surgery.
We're Looking For
• DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification • Eligible for Oregon veterinary licensure • Previous leadership experience preferred • Passion for coaching and mentoring colleagues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
