Requirements
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Ontario
• Previous leadership or Medical Director experience, or a strong desire to progress into clinical leadership
• Passion for delivering high-quality companion animal medicine
• Strong communication, mentorship, and team leadership skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional client service
