The Role

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of experienced veterinarians
• Influence medical protocols, equipment decisions, and clinical flow
• Partner closely with practice leadership while maintaining independence in medicine
• Balanced schedule with protected admin time

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $250,000 plus production
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
